My story…
Hi friends! I am an Army military veteran with one tour in Afghanistan where I disarmed roadside bombs for a living. After being deployed I returned to Santa Rosa Beach, FL near beautiful 30A with my 4 beautiful kids!
I have previously lived in Georgia, and Washington D.C. for work before returning to the Gulf Coast of Florida
We’re the best source for great vacant and raw land in the area. We’re constantly picking up new properties and always have properties available. Our land buyers are builders, people who enjoy outdoor hobbies, investors, hunters, and those who just want a tangible asset they can also enjoy.
I founded Courtney Buck Investments as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land.
Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.
Courtney Buck Investments is based in Niceville, however, we are currently buying properties throughout the nation.
